- Data recipients
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for service providers who support us in operating our website. In particular, your personal data may be processed by our hosting provider – SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., ul. Obornicka 330, 60-689 Poznań, Poland, with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
SEOHOST acts solely as a data processor, providing us with secure server infrastructure and related technical support. It does not use your data for its own purposes. - Data storage
Your personal data will be stored only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and related communication. As a rule, we keep your data for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. for archiving, accounting, or potential claims). After this period, your data will be securely deleted. - Data security
We ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 32 GDPR by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures. Our hosting provider, SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., is contractually obliged to apply security standards that guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data, and to notify us of any data protection incidents without undue delay. - Sub-processing and transfers
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards, unless required by law. SEOHOST may only engage subcontractors for hosting-related tasks with our prior consent and under the same data protection obligations. - Your rights
You have the right to:- access your personal data (Article 15 GDPR),
- correct or update your data (Article 16 GDPR),
- request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”, Article 17 GDPR),
- request restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
- object to processing, where the legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR),

- lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement (Article 77 GDPR).
