By integrating CustPilot directly into the Norlys website, the brand could offer real-time product assistance available 24/7, in seven languages, across all key markets.
The implementation included three stages:
- a Proof of Concept visualizing the solution,
- an MVP validating business assumptions,
- beta version launch with comprehensive testing.
